A scholarship for male, minority, high school seniors graduating in the Spring of 2019 who plan on attending college in the Fall of 2019. This scholarship is presented by the men of the Zeta Upsilon Chapter of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc, was founded in 1911 at Howard University by three undergraduate scholars, Oscar James Cooper, Edgar Amos Love, Frank Coleman, and their advisor, Professor Ernest Everett Just.
