txʷéʔwi Scholarship

In Klallam language, txʷéʔwi (t-WHET-wee) means "Go Forward." Successful applicant will best match the following criteria: • Student must be from one of the area tribes - Hoh Tribe - Jamestown S'Klallam Tribe - Lower Elwha Klallam Tribe - Makah Tribe - Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe - Quileute Tribe - Skokomish Tribe • Student must be enrolled fulltime at Peninsula College during scholarship year. • Student must enter Peninsula College from high school with a minimum of a 2.0 GPA, and/or have/maintain at least a 2.0 GPA while attending PC and receiving the scholarship funds. • Preference given to student with financial need. • Scholarship funds can be applied to tuition, mandatory fees, and books.
