Boeing Scholarship $2,000 - 12th Grade Students (12 Awards) -The Boeing SENSE for leadership in Mathematics, Engineering, or Science provide financial awards to outstanding MESA student leaders enrolling as full-time students in math, engineering, or science field. To be considered eligible, students must: Be in 12th grade Plan to take the SAT during your senior year and apply to at least 2 community colleges or 4-year universities Remain within a MESA School District and remain active in MESA during both junior and senior years Take math, science, and English all 4 years. Weyerhaeuser $2,500 - 12th Grade Students that will enroll at the University of Washington - Seattle Campus -The purpose of this endowment is to provide assistance to undergraduate students who have participated in the MESA program. The scholarship shall be awarded to entering freshmen or entering transfer students to the University of Washington and may be renewable for up to three additional years of undergraduate study. Failure of the student to remain in good academic standing or to make satisfactory progress toward a degree may result in withdrawal of the scholarship. To be considered, students must: Be a high school senior who will e enrolled at the University of Washington as a full-time college student during the 2013-2014 academic year in math, science, or engineering studies Must take math, science, and English all 4 years.
